Sales Development Representative – Berlin, Germany

We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our sales team in Berlin.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects, and qualify leads.
The ideal candidate is excited to be on the phone and excels at building relationships with English-speaking customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Use exceptional consultative phone skills, including clear communication, active listening, inspiring confidence, and overcoming objections.
• Research, document, and maintain relevant contact information for existing contacts in Salesforce.
• Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are properly documented, opportunities are accurately forecasted, and information is communicated clearly.
• Bring enthusiasm and energy to work every day.
• Perform other duties as needed.

About You

• You have excellent verbal communication skills.
• You are an energetic self-starter who enjoys working in an international environment.
• You are fluent in English; speaking an additional European language is a strong plus.
• You have a proven record of meeting outbound call targets and/or call time goals.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-up.
• You are proficient with technology.
• You can multi-task across several tools, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
