Your Role

  • Drive Commercial Strategy: Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and metrics to measure commercial success. Act as a strategic partner to C-level executives and stakeholders by delivering actionable recommendations to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage large datasets using SQL to query, extract, transform, and analyze data critical for commercial planning and analysis.
  • Planning & Collaboration: Co-lead the sales planning process across all markets with the Senior Commercial Planning Manager. Define short- and long-term commercial targets in close collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Assortment teams.
  • Visualize & Inform: Design compelling Tableau dashboards and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights to inform decision-making at all leadership levels.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously develop and improve planning approaches for more dynamic, automated, and scalable workflows and tools.
  • Influence & Act as Expert: Serve as the go-to expert for strategic analyses and special requests. Your findings and recommendations will directly influence senior leadership decisions and shape long-term company planning.

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a consumer-oriented commercial, analytical, finance, or management consulting role.
  • Strong business planning experience and a good understanding of P&L structure in ecommerce.
  • An analytical and insight-driven mindset with a passion for deconstructing conversion funnels, understanding user behavior through data, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Skilled in synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Excel or G-Suite, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Proven ability to create structure from ambiguity, scale processes effectively, and influence cross-departmental stakeholders to drive complex initiatives forward without formal authority.
  • Degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related discipline focused on data processing.
