Retail Associate

We’re looking for a motivated Retail Associate who is passionate about creating a supportive, informed, and welcoming shopping experience for all.

Important: For this role you need to be located in Köln.

Your Role – What You’ll Do 

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service
• Assist with product inquiries and help customers make confident choices
• Handle transactions and basic cash handling
• Keep shelves stocked and displays beautiful
• Promote ongoing sales and in-store promotions
• Participate in inventory and stock management
• Maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment
• Work as part of a close-knit team

What You Bring 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• A willingness to learn about our products and mission
• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Team spirit and a positive attitude
• German: Intermediate level required (you should feel comfortable helping customers in German)

Nice to Have:

• English is a plus, but not required
• Previous experience in retail or sales
