Regional Workforce Staffing Lead

About the Role

This role is responsible for executing strategic consulting engagements across our global businesses. Responsible for leading engagements, developing consulting recommendations, and contributing to the creation of best practices and methodology assets, whilst driving a standard and consistent operating model across your region. This will be in line with other supporting departments and markets.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing a large team of colleagues across multiple markets to ensure that the KPIs are met in full and on time.
  • Engaging and developing the team to achieve optimum performance and for the colleagues to meet their full potential.
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries from colleagues – liaising with local HR and Training Teams as required.
  • Developing practice assets such as assessments, project plans, data sets, market research, and financial models.
  • Acting as the trusted business advisor to our business leaders to develop strong, proactive, and strategic activities for our workforce based on current and future hiring needs.
  • Analyzing data and metrics and making informed decisions.
  • Undertaking problem-solving activities and escalating to the Associate Director where necessary.
  • Managing all stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identifying and leading continuous improvement processes.

Who You Are

  • Reporting building with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Good understanding of labor planning.
  • An understanding of recruitment best practices.
  • Agency management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and change senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Independent, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
