Your Role

As an experienced and independent QA Tester, you will join a cross-functional team working on one of our biggest games.
You will collaborate closely with developers, game designers, artists, and product managers to ensure a high-quality and satisfying player experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with developers, designers, and producers to define quality standards for new features
• Take full ownership of features from initial bug report through final sign-off
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans covering happy paths, edge cases, and misuse scenarios
• Evaluate bugs based on business priority and player impact
• Support the release pipeline and monitor post-release stability (e.g. Crashlytics)
• Identify, reproduce, and report live issues
• Continuously improve QA workflows and advocate best practices

Required Skills

• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
• Proven experience in software testing (ideally mobile games)
• Ability to create structured test plans based on feature requirements and user stories
• Quality-driven mindset with strong business and player impact awareness
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments
• Experience with Jira; familiarity with XRAY or similar tools is a plus
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, exploratory, etc.)

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Unity
• Experience working on mobile titles
• Familiarity with third-party SDKs and log analysis (e.g. Firebase, Crashlytics)
• Proactive approach to continuous learning
