Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee international patient recruitment projects across 30+ countries, ensuring quality, adherence to scope, and on-time delivery.
  • Implement effective operational processes to improve performance, manage resources, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop strategic approaches for operational management and patient recruitment initiatives, addressing risks and offering innovative solutions.
  • Enhance efficiency and profitability in the delivery of registry services and clinical trial recruitment activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
  • Manage and improve project and portfolio management processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and high quality control.

What We’re Looking For

  • A completed degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare, Public Health, Clinical Research, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
  • Experience in project management—preferably within healthcare, clinical trials, or related industries.
  • A proven track record in developing business processes and managing operations.
  • Professional project management certification (e.g., Prince2, IPMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
  • A strategic, agile mindset with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and intercultural competence.
