Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for project partners from tender participation through implementation and beyond.
  • Lead diverse project teams, facilitate executive meetings, and present complex technical concepts in accessible ways.
  • Prioritize and communicate partner requirements to Product and Engineering teams for backend and frontend development.
  • Plan and execute IT projects end-to-end using Agile or traditional project management methodologies.
  • Maintain timelines and ensure high-quality project documentation.

Bring to the Team

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and ensure clarity on deliverables, deadlines, and risk factors.
  • Strong coordination skills, hands-on mentality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to grasp technical flows, system structures, and UX considerations.
  • Experience in structured, process-oriented environments.
