The Role: Product Manager – eCommerce Solutions

As a Product Manager within our eCommerce Solutions team, you will improve our Online Booking Engine — our core white-label product that enables partners to let users search, book, and manage ground transportation tickets.

What You Will Do

🚀 Roadmap Delivery & Execution

  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of the product roadmap
  • Achieve on-time releases and iteration milestones
  • Maintain a well-defined, prioritized backlog aligned with customer and business needs
  • Minimize scope changes and rework through clear requirement validation

🤝 Stakeholder Alignment

  • Build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and timelines clearly and consistently
  • Proactively manage expectations and address concerns

📊 Data-Informed Decision Making

  • Monitor and analyze key KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, user engagement)
  • Prioritize features based on measurable impact and user value
  • Drive iterative development using real-time feedback and market insights

Workplace

  • Germany-based role (preferred: Berlin HQ)
  • Remote-first company with global teams
  • Regular in-office collaboration at our Berlin headquarters

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to prioritize based on value and impact
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
  • Hands-on experience writing clear, structured user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Technically savvy, with the ability to translate requirements into actionable tasks
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with KPI monitoring experience
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with B2C products
