We are looking for a Product Manager, CMS to lead one of the most strategic areas of our white-label platform: the content management and SEO system. Your mission will be to help transport partners create high-performing digital storefronts by evolving our CMS into a modular, scalable, and SEO-optimized platform.

What You Will Do

  • Define and own the roadmap for CMS and SEO within our white-label platform
  • Build a multi-tenant CMS that enables partners to self-configure and personalize their sites
  • Automate SEO structure generation (e.g., landing pages, structured data) to enhance organic performance
  • Boost partner satisfaction through intuitive UX, efficient onboarding, and scalable tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, SEO, and partner success teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Reduce time-to-market for new partner launches with powerful self-service tools
  • Improve platform scalability, performance, and search visibility

Workplace

We are primarily hiring for this role in Germany, ideally at our Berlin headquarters. However, Distribusion is a remote-first company with global teams. You’ll also have the opportunity to join team gatherings at our Berlin office.

Job Requirements

Who You Are

  • You have experience building or managing multi-tenant CMS platforms or white-label tools
  • You possess a strong understanding of technical SEO and how architecture affects performance
  • You’re fluent in UX/product thinking and can translate backend systems into partner-friendly tools
  • You know how to balance automation with flexibility and scale content while maintaining quality
  • You are an effective communicator who can align both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • You’re data-driven and comfortable defining metrics for SEO and partner engagement
