Your Mission

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Lead the product management lifecycle for our offer tool—from idea to implementation.
• Develop global solutions that combine hardware and software into compelling customer offers.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and run experiments to identify opportunities in the conversion phase.
• Optimize offers and improve conversion rates by showcasing 1KOMMA5°’s advantages and savings potential.
• Streamline global sales processes to enhance efficiency across teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers in a cross-functional team.
• Define and prioritize roadmaps based on business outcomes and data.
• Align stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Finance, BI, and external partners.
• Get C-Level exposure with key decision-makers in Marketing and Sales.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Several years of experience in product management, ideally within renewable energy, energy supply, or related sectors.
• Background in Marketing, Sales, or Growth (a plus).
• The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and unite teams behind shared goals.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and digital experimentation.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Figma, Miro, Notion, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker).
• Strong knowledge of product methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Shape Up.
• A customer-first mindset and commitment to improving user experience.
• A data-driven and outcome-focused approach, with a passion for measurable results.
• Genuine enthusiasm for sustainability and driving the energy transition.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, remove bottlenecks, and foster collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in both English and German.
