Your Role

As Product Manager in the Payments & Risk team at FINN, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle — from defining the vision to solving the biggest challenges and delivering outstanding solutions. Your goal?
To provide the best possible customer experience for more than 50,000 cars on the road.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap — Drive all decisions impacting customer experience and operational efficiency, especially in payments and underwriting.
  • Deeply understand customer and business needs — Engage directly with users and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally — Work with Engineering, Business Automation, and Finance Data teams to align stakeholders and maintain continuous feedback loops.
  • Lead with strong product management skills — Prioritize, define, and deliver high-impact solutions with your engineering peers, always looking to automate and scale.
  • Document and communicate clearly — Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and transparency within your team and across the company.

Your Profile

  • Experience in product management, working with both technical and business teams
  • Background in agile, fast-paced environments; Finance experience is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building impactful internal and customer-facing tools
  • Highly analytical and data-driven — you turn insights into action
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Strong growth mindset and a lean approach to continuous delivery
  • Fluent in English

Compensation

€50,000 – €73,000 per year (based on experience level):

  • Associate Product Manager: €50,000 – €63,000
  • Product Manager: €63,000 – €73,000

Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, certifications, seniority, and performance — assessed during the interview process. All roles include a virtual equity share (VSOP).
