Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Keet, bridging technical depth with product thinking and owning delivery from concept through deployment.

Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Ownership

• Own product deliverables from identification to resolution and testing
• Define features with clear distinction between stable and experimental functionality
• Establish and maintain sprint cadence
• Create actionable roadmaps focused on high-impact work

Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication

• Provide transparent updates on status, risks, and timelines
• Manage cross-team dependencies
• Align engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders

Process & Quality Improvement

• Build debugging and error reporting systems
• Translate user issues into actionable engineering insights
• Drive scalable tooling and processes
• Ensure platform changes integrate smoothly with dependent products

Project Management Skills

• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Proven ownership of deliverables from start to completion
• Experience with sprint planning and agile processes
• Ability to manage roadmaps and issue tracking systems

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills and transparency
• Ability to handle accountability conversations
• Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on systems
• Clear understanding of prioritization (urgency vs. impact)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with development tools (Git, project management tools)
• Understanding of testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E, automation)
• Knowledge of performance testing and optimization
• Familiarity with P2P or distributed systems
• Experience with Electron or cross-platform frameworks
• Knowledge of Linux packaging systems (Snap, AppImage)
