We’re hiring one exceptional Product Leader. Not a fixed lane: real scope, real ownership, and a path to leading a team. If you think like a founder and can’t sleep until the data tells you why, keep reading.

What you’ll own

• End-to-end outcomes, not tickets. Hypothesis, roadmap, build, metrics, result: you own all of it. You find the highest-impact bets before anyone asks, and you execute. Discovery and delivery are the same job.
• The hard, ambiguous problems. Form a sharp point of view, validate against the data, ship with conviction, kill it honestly when the numbers disagree.
• Scope that grows. We point you at the biggest opportunity. As you earn it, that expands across Freecash and into new verticals.

What you’ll bring

• You think like a founder. You make the call with incomplete information, hold a strong opinion about what will work and why, then prove or disprove it. You don’t wait to be told what matters.
• You live in the data. You dig in yourself, follow the thread, and come back with the insight nobody else found. Data tells you what to solve. Creativity decides how. Comfortable in Amplitude, Hex, and Looker.
• You prioritize ruthlessly. Anyone can list a hundred things. You pick the few that matter right now.
• You execute. Ideation to launch to iteration. You bring developers, data, design, and BD with you without slowing down.
• You know consumer products. Built and shipped consumer-facing apps.

What puts you ahead

• You’ve been a founder. You know what it means to own an outcome with no one to hand it off to.
• You’ve scaled through hyper-growth. 50 to 200+ people, building the plane mid-flight: familiar territory.
• Mobile gaming or advertising background. You know the players, the incentives, the dynamics.
