About the Role: Product Designer UX/UI (f/m/x) – Berlin (Hybrid)
We are looking for a talented Product Designer to enhance our community experience through loyalty, creator, and referral programs.
You’ll work across cross-functional teams and play a crucial role on our Pepper platforms (e.g., mydealz, Dealabs, and hotukdeals), iterating on features and creating new ones that improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Support product decisions using qualitative and quantitative research insights
- Discover opportunities to enhance product experience
- Design solutions for diverse UX challenges, big and small
- Work in cross-functional teams to iterate and develop new features
- Provide validated insights and innovative UX concepts
- Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to communicate ideas
- Design native app experiences beyond web mirroring
- Conduct user testing and interviews to generate user insights
- Collaborate globally to optimize internal processes
- Contribute to the evolution of our Design System
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years designing digital products
- A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving, IA, research, and UI skills
- Experience in user research and design validation
- Design system creation and maintenance
- Thinking in scalable systems, not one-off designs
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Anima, or Framer
- Understanding of front-end implementation
- Comfortable with design feedback and clear communication
- Strong collaboration in agile, cross-functional environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication
