As a Principal Product Manager in our Engagement Alliance, you will be responsible for improving our customers’ ordering experience across our iOS, Android and Web products, helping them make the most of their Hellofresh subscription to meet their individual needs. You’ll do that by developing a deep, data-driven understanding of our customers’ problems and motivations and creating personalised, easy-to-use, engaging digital experiences. You’ll influence some of the most visited pages on our digital products, such as the home page, with millions of weekly visits from customers around the globe planning their upcoming Hellofresh boxes. Through that, your job is to improve engagement with our digital experience and long-term retention for our biggest brands.
You will be an individual contributor who will define the long-term vision, set data-driven roadmaps to get there and own the technical delivery of new features. In this strategic role, you’ll collaborate closely with your cross-functional team, commercial stakeholders and senior leadership to drive the right investments in the next few years.
