Your Challenge

As the Principal in Corporate Finance, you’ll play a key role in shaping our financial strategy. From M&A and investor relations to funding activities, you’ll lead high-impact projects and help steer Taxfix toward sustainable profitability.

Join a small, highly motivated team working directly with our CFO and senior leaders. In this collaborative environment, your financial insights will help drive strategic success across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage capital raising, investor relations, and financial reporting
• Lead M&A projects across the full transaction lifecycle—from strategy to post-merger integration
• Develop financial models and perform data-driven analyses
• Oversee projects related to debt and equity capital markets
• Work across departments on strategic initiatives aligned with Taxfix’s mission
• Evaluate and execute cross-functional projects with autonomy and impact

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance in a tech-driven scale-up
• Degree in business, economics, or related field from a top university
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with an eye for data and detail
• Independent, motivated, and accountable—able to own tasks and see them through
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
