Role Overview
We are looking for a Principal AI/ML Scientist & Engineer to lead a growing team of Applied Scientists and AI/ML Engineers.
This role is ideal for a pragmatic “Builder-Scientist”—a technical leader who combines deep scientific rigor with a passion for shipping real data products that customers love.
You will lead the technical strategy for AI/ML-based solutions that extract value from both structured and unstructured data, bridging the gap between advanced research and production-grade systems.

Your New Adventure
- Lead and mentor a team of Applied Scientists and AI/ML Engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence and scientific rigor
- Define and drive the technical strategy for AI/ML solutions that extract actionable insights from structured CRM data and unstructured content
- Build intelligence within our AI-native CRM, including autonomous agentic workflows and real-time reasoning engines
- Collaborate closely with the AI Platform team to shape the strategy for large language model operations (LLMOps)
- Ensure infrastructure supports efficient experimentation and reliable deployment
- Apply deep scientific intuition to design customer-centric AI systems optimized for real-world performance
- Act as a technical authority across the AI/ML ecosystem, shaping the AI engineering roadmap
- Serve as a high-impact individual contributor on critical systems while scaling the team’s capabilities
Does This Sound Like You?
- 8+ years of applied science or engineering experience across the full ML/AI lifecycle in production environments
- Proven ability to lead and scale technical teams and mentor senior-level talent
- Deep expertise in modern AI engineering stacks and concepts
- Hands-on experience with agentic systems (e.g., LangGraph), RAG architectures, and vector databases
- A scientist by training but a builder by choice, focused on shipping practical solutions that solve real customer problems
- Demonstrated track record of delivering business value through AI/ML solutions at scale
- Broad knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI frameworks
- Strong understanding of model and architecture trade-offs
- Excellent product sense and business awareness
- Ability to lead through influence and technical authority
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), distributed systems, container orchestration
- Knowledge of data engineering tools such as batch pipelines, feature stores, and Kafka
