The Platform Operations Manager owns LiveOps and CRM end-to-end across the JustPlay ecosystem.
This role is responsible for translating product plans and business goals into high-quality, measurable execution
that drives revenue, LTV, retention, and engagement.
You will oversee how events and player communications are planned, executed, measured, and improved.
This includes full ownership of LiveOps and CRM calendars, operational standards, tooling effectiveness, and performance outcomes.
