Platform & Integrations Product Manager (m/f/x)

Patronus is seeking a Platform & Integrations Product Manager to strengthen our Product Team. You will ensure that internal systems, integrations, and automations work reliably and scale with the business. Working closely with our CTP, you will create clarity between Product, Operations, and Engineering, reduce complexity in system landscapes, and enable teams to move faster through well-defined technical requirements and stable integrations.

Your Mission

  • Own internal platforms, integrations, automations, and data flows (excluding BI)
  • Manage Salesforce and Chargebee as products, including objects, flows, and automations
  • Define, prioritize, and drive internal system improvements
  • Structure, filter, and prioritize internal requests for Engineering
  • Write clear technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and integration tests
  • Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Chargebee, and internal systems
  • Own Zapier processes and integration architecture

Your Talent

  • 4+ years of experience in Product, Engineering, or Technical Product Management roles
  • Strong technical background in backend systems, APIs, and integrations
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
  • Experience with Salesforce, Chargebee, Zapier, or similar SaaS tools
  • Comfortable working closely with engineers, DevOps, and QA teams
  • Ability to translate business needs into precise technical requirements and priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management and confident prioritization skills
  • Business-fluent in English (C1 minimum); German is a plus
