YOUR MISSION

  • Culture Shaping & Advocacy: Lead the charge in defining, cultivating, and promoting our company culture. Actively champion our values and ensure they are reflected in every aspect of the employee experience.
  • Well-Being & Development: Design and implement innovative well-being programs that prioritize mental, physical, and emotional health. Lead initiatives that support the holistic development of our team members, including mentorship programs and learning opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Develop and oversee a performance management framework that emphasizes growth, feedback, and continuous improvement. Ensure our approach is tailored to our dynamic environment, steering clear of corporate-style red tape.
  • Operating Models: Work closely with leadership to refine and evolve our operating models, ensuring they are aligned with our culture and support our strategic objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small but mighty team, fostering an environment of collaboration, creativity, and shared purpose.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  1. Experience: You have a proven track record of driving cultural change within a tech-driven or innovative scale-up. You understand the unique challenges of scaling a business and are skilled at creating frameworks that support rapid growth while nurturing a positive, inclusive culture.
