Part time job for Sales Representative

This role is ideal for an experienced sales or business-development professional with deep industry knowledge and connections in the Nordic electronics and hearing-device ecosystem.

You will act as our local partner to identify target customers, qualify new business opportunities, and facilitate technical introductions between clients and our engineering organization.

 

Your tasks:

  • Conduct target customer research to identify pain points and white spaces.
  • Analyze supply-chain strategies (captive silicon, COTS, custom ASIC via TSMC/Samsung).
  • Evaluate SiP/Module sourcing, assembly locations, and vendor-selection processes.
  • Perform technical-service need assessments and financial volume analyses.
  • Execute incumbent/competitor mapping and define our differentiated value proposition.
  • Map key contacts in Engineering, Procurement, and Program Management.
  • Arrange introductory meetings and report agreed next steps and pain points.
  • Co-develop technical presentations and summaries with our HQ team.

Your profile:

  • 5 + years of experience in B2B sales or business development within electronics, semiconductors, or IoT hardware.
  • Prior employment or project experience with Sonova, Demant, GN Hearing, or WS Audiology is a major advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Nordic OEM/ODM supply chains and vendor decision processes.
  • Ability to communicate with both engineering and executive stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (required); Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian language skills are a plus.
  • Independent, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely under a fast paced industry.
