To strengthen our Digital Marketing capabilities within the Music Instruments business, we are looking for a:

Paid Advertising Specialist (m/f/d)
Temporary role until July 31, 2027 (parental leave cover)

Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms in a cross-divisional environment.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and platform partners to ensure effective campaign execution and performance across Europe.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Act as a key contact for external platform partners
  • Define campaign goals, budgets, timelines, and channel strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities
  • Coordinate creative assets, messaging, keywords, and local adaptations
  • Develop audience strategies, including retargeting and performance signals
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns
  • Communicate insights, performance, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Prepare performance reports and post-campaign evaluations
  • Track campaign budgets and manage invoicing processes
  • Monitor market trends, platform updates, and competitor activity

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in paid advertising or performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, media planning, and performance analysis
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
