Who You Are

You’re an operations pro who gets things done efficiently. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with numbers, legal docs, and workflows, you thrive in a fast-paced venture environment. You understand impact-driven investing and the role of ESG in VC.

Your Responsibilities

• 💰 Oversee Fund Operations: Manage capital calls, distributions, and reporting with the administrator.
• 📜 Handle Compliance & Governance: Work with lawyers on LPA, TS, and regulatory filings.
• 📊 Track Fund Performance: Monitor IRR, MOIC, TVPI with accurate documentation.
• 💰 Manage Financial Admin: Support budgeting, operational expenses, cash flow, and financial planning.
• ♻️ Drive Impact Strategy: Integrate ESG & DEI into operations and reporting.
• 📅 Support Fundraising and Investor Relations: Manage data room, LP updates, reports, and events.
• 🛠 Optimize Internal Operations: Streamline workflows, CRM, deal pipeline tools, and portfolio tracking.
• 👥 Support HR & Team Operations: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and general team coordination.

What You Bring

• Experience in fund operations or administration (VC, PE).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills—you love making things more efficient.
• Knowledge of venture capital structures, legal processes, and compliance.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and investor relations.
• Familiarity with ESG principles, or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area.
• Ability to implement tech-driven process improvements.
• Fluency in English (German is a big plus).
• This role is based in Berlin—willingness to relocate is required (EU work permit needed).
