🚀 The Opportunity

Join Babbel as a Marketing Team Lead and help launch a new blended learning German course tailored for migrants and their potential employers. This is a unique role at the intersection of impact and innovation — part of a new exploratory unit within Babbel focused on fast learning, experimentation, and meaningful outcomes.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute marketing strategies to attract participants for our new migrant-focused language course
• Plan, run, analyze, and continuously improve a mix of paid, owned, and earned media campaigns
• Work hands-on across all stages of execution: from strategic planning to content creation and performance optimization
• Grow and manage a small marketing team with the goal of scaling
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience

🎯 What You Bring

• 7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience across various acquisition channels
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and iterate quickly
• Ownership mentality: proactive, solution-oriented, and experimental
• Track record of planning, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Leadership capabilities and a desire to build a team from the ground up
• Strong communication skills — able to report to senior management and influence stakeholders
• Experience in the migration space is a plus
