Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Research Analyst to join our Customer and Business Engineering (CBE) team to provide in-depth analysis and insights for our Marketing team.

The CBE team is composed of data analysts, scientists, and engineers focused on unifying operational and product data within our Enterprise Data Platform, generating insights, reports, and intelligence.

In this role, you will leverage our Data and AI Platforms to support the Marketing organization by turning product usage and campaign performance data into actionable insights that drive strategy and improve content and workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product data to enhance marketing content and campaigns.
  • Design and develop automated reports and visualizations to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to identify KPIs and reporting needs.
  • Utilize Conductor’s Data and AI Platforms for statistical analysis and data storytelling.
  • Partner with data engineers to scale infrastructure for repeatable analysis.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for urgent marketing and business requests.
  • Evaluate and implement new data science tools, techniques, and technologies.
  • Stay current on trends in Search, AEO, and Website Optimization to inform strategy and content.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role, preferably in product or marketing analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database technologies.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, Domo, etc.
  • Skilled in data visualization and storytelling best practices.
  • Curious, self-driven, and enthusiastic about digital marketing, SEO, and AEO.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and QA.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to evolving technologies and tools.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
