We are entering an exciting new growth phase, expanding beyond traditional BI consulting into scalable products and international markets, including the Gulf region and English-speaking countries.
We are a lean, high-performing team that leverages systems, automation, and AI to maximize impact. Our goal is to grow EBITDA by 10x by 2030, and the marketing engine behind this role will play a critical part in achieving that vision.
The Role
We are looking for an AI-Native B2B Marketing Operator who can take ownership of our marketing execution from day one.
Initially, your focus will be running and optimizing the marketing engine, including campaign execution, CRM operations, funnel management, and contractor coordination. As you demonstrate results, you will gradually take on greater strategic responsibility, including campaign planning, international expansion initiatives, and ownership of the broader marketing function.
This is not a coordination role. We are looking for someone who executes, delivers results, and proactively identifies opportunities for growth.
Your Responsibilities

Campaign Execution
- Manage Meta advertising campaigns from end to end.
- Create ad concepts and scripts.
- Manage budgets and optimize campaign performance.
- Continuously test, analyze, and improve results.
- Monitor and optimize conversion funnels, including landing pages, email sequences, and call conversion rates.

CRM Management & Marketing Automation
- Own and maintain CRM operations.
- Manage lead scoring, workflows, automations, and data hygiene.
- Build and optimize workflows in GoHighLevel.
- Ensure marketing activities are directly connected to sales outcomes.

Content, AI & Contractor Management
- Transform content into campaign assets for distribution across multiple channels.
- Manage content publishing and promotion on platforms such as YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Create, deploy, and manage AI agents that support content creation and distribution.
- Coordinate external contractors and evaluate deliverables based on business impact and lead generation performance.

Business Development Support
- Create templates, briefing documents, and lead intelligence materials.
- Support the sales function through efficient marketing processes and assets.

Future Growth Opportunities
- Shape campaign strategy and channel development.
- Test and launch new acquisition channels.

- Own and evolve the content strategy.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an ambitious and AI-native marketing professional who combines strong execution skills with proactive thinking and a growth mindset.

Professional Experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing.
- Experience operating in small, fast-moving teams.
- Track record of executing campaigns directly rather than managing agencies.

AI-Native Mindset
- Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Hermes, OpenClaw, or similar platforms.
- Experience building and utilizing AI agents and workflows.
- Strong focus on maximizing productivity through AI leverage.

Performance Marketing Expertise
- Deep understanding of conversion funnels and lead generation.
- Ability to connect marketing activities directly to business outcomes.
- Data-driven approach to campaign optimization.

- Self-starter who identifies opportunities and solves problems proactively.
- Comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
- Ability to bring new ideas while maintaining strong execution discipline.

Communication Skills
- Business-level English fluency is required.
- German language skills are highly valued, particularly for DACH-focused content, but are not mandatory.
