Tasks

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to work closely with our Founder & CEO and take full ownership of marketing end-to-end.

  • Shape positioning and messaging for the global market
  • Drive demand generation and measurable pipeline impact
  • Partner closely with sales to drive growth and commercial success

What Success Looks Like

In your first month:

  • Understand ICP and buyer personas
  • Create core messaging for the global market
  • Align with sales on positioning and lead quality
  • Launch innovative ICP-based marketing campaigns

By 3 months:

  • Measure and improve MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline performance
  • Create and manage marketing assets (landing pages, case studies, sales materials)
  • Plan and coordinate trade fairs and industry events

By 6 months:

  • Build and run demand generation campaigns
  • Focus on qualified leads and pipeline impact
  • Own PR activities and press communications

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact
  • Go-to-market experience (product launches or market expansion)
  • Fluent in English with strong business communication skills
  • Hands-on and ownership mindset
  • Passion for innovative marketing and growth strategies
  • Based in Munich with 2–3 office days per week
