Join smartmicro as a Marketing Specialist – Content, Branding & Partner Marketing (f/m/d)

We stand for latest technology, innovation, and quality. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a creative, media-savvy individual to strengthen our efforts in Content Marketing, CI & Branding, and Partner Marketing.

Your Tasks

📢 Content Marketing

• Coordinate product launches with technical departments and create compelling customer documents and marketing materials
• Design graphics, videos, animations, and ads for our website, YouTube channel, trade shows, and events
• Optimize SEO/SEM performance and increase reach across digital platforms

🎨 Corporate Identity & Branding

• Act as the point of contact for brand guidelines and corporate identity (CI)
• Ensure consistent CI and design across all marketing materials and platforms
• Strategically develop our brand identity and implement new design guidelines and visual elements

🤝 Partner Marketing

• Maintain and expand communication with existing partner companies
• Plan, coordinate, and implement joint marketing initiatives with partners
• Strengthen long-term marketing collaborations across all key stakeholders

Your Strengths

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Product Design – or similar qualification
• Experience in B2B and online marketing, including digital campaign management
• Advanced skills in: Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Canva
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus
• Bonus: Knowledge of WordPress, Jira, After Effects
• Creative mindset with strong customer orientation and affinity for digital and social media
• Fluent in English and good proficiency in German
