Lead UX Designer

Are you passionate about shaping exceptional user experiences in complex domains? Do you thrive on strategic impact, cross-functional collaboration, and solving design challenges at scale?

We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to strengthen our user experience team. You’ll collaborate with product teams, UX researchers, and engineers to design intuitive, scalable solutions that meet user needs while aligning with business objectives. This is your chance to take ownership of UX direction, mentor designers, and influence how we build seamless digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate in a global environment with international teams and major clients across diverse industries.
  • Work with product teams to develop cross-product solutions and optimize workflows using AI to solve real-world challenges.
  • Own the end-to-end design process — from discovery through delivery — ensuring consistency, usability, and impact across products.
  • Lead user research and discovery efforts, defining user journeys and identifying key user needs to guide strategic design decisions.
  • Facilitate ideation and design workshops to align stakeholders and shape UX direction collaboratively.
  • Develop and maintain AI-specific UX guidelines, component libraries, and terminology for consistency across the product ecosystem.
  • Present and communicate design concepts, gathering feedback from users, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Stay current on UX and industry trends, integrating emerging technologies like AI to enhance the user experience.
  • Advocate for UX best practices across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing cross-product design leadership.
  • A strategic, outcome-driven mindset with a focus on aligning user needs and business goals.
  • Proven ability to shape UX strategy and also contribute hands-on throughout the design process.
  • Experience conducting user research and turning insights into actionable design outcomes.
  • Strength in solving complex design problems with clear, user-centered solutions.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills — while not a people management role, you will guide and support other designers and advocate for design excellence.
  • Systems thinker — you understand how designs scale and connect within a broader product ecosystem.
  • Comfort with reimagining UX approaches for AI-powered products.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working effectively across teams and disciplines.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

We welcome diverse perspectives and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences.
