Your Responsibilities

• Take technical leadership for iOS development, evolving our white-label product, defining the architecture for new features, and ensuring high-quality standards for existing functionalities.
• Lead and mentor the iOS team, fostering a culture of collaboration, code reviews, and best practices.
• Keep our tech stack up to date and make strategic decisions for iOS development — fully native with Swift, without legacy code.
• Optimize and enhance our release processes using Bitrise and Fastlane for deployment, and maintain sustainable code quality with CircleCI and Mergeable.
• Monitor app stability and performance with Crashlytics and leverage additional tools and AI to continuously improve code quality and development efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from concept to implementation, contributing your technical expertise throughout the product lifecycle.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role within iOS development, delivering high-quality solutions and writing excellent code.
• Deep expertise with the required iOS development tools and frameworks.
• Experience designing architectures, making key technical decisions, and guiding teams through implementation.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for introducing new technologies and best practices.
• Strong sense of ownership, independence, and reliability.
• Solution-oriented, with a focus on identifying and leveraging optimization opportunities.
• Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus).
