What You Will Do

  • Be the operational enabler in our game teams: reduce friction, unblock decisions, and increase the speed of validated learning.
  • Own tactical coordination across multiple live and in-development games—driving momentum, clarity, and ROI.
  • Build and maintain lean production systems to help us run fast, ship often, and focus on revenue, retention, and LTV.
  • Coach and grow producers and cross-functional teams by encouraging MVP thinking, risk management, and impact-focused work.
  • Partner with Product, Art, Design, Growth, and BI to decide what to build, what to kill, and what to double down on.
  • Challenge teams to validate ideas early, run smart experiments, and kill quickly when needed.
  • Introduce budget awareness and prioritization to guide high-leverage decisions (not as a blocker, but as a compass).
  • Own external production pipelines and partners where relevant, focusing on speed, quality, and ROI.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years experience as a Producer in mobile games, ideally within a startup or hybrid-casual environment.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving teams—you take initiative and drive things forward without waiting for direction.
  • You think in Gantt charts, MVPs, test results, and kill criteria.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming business: how ad monetization and UA work, what moves LTV, what kills games.
  • Outcome-obsessed—not just about running clean meetings or ticking tasks off lists.
  • Skilled at prioritizing based on ROI rather than intuition or feature wishlists.
  • Excellent communicator who can challenge teams with the right balance of data, urgency, and context.
  • Strategically minded—you connect daily work to company-wide objectives.
