Responsibilities
Supervise and engage in all game development stages—from planning to optimizing modules for frontend and backend.
Define technical requirements and architectural constraints by coordinating with other departments.
Resolve technical and organizational issues with strong analysis and problem-solving, prioritizing and removing obstacles in deadline-driven settings.
Gather and integrate stakeholder requirements (technology, methodology, operations) in cooperation with the studio tech director.
Mentor and manage the development team on system design, programming, and optimization to produce maintainable, production-ready code.
Promote knowledge sharing via code reviews, pair programming, and team exchange sessions.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent IT specialist training.
6+ years of experience in game programming.
Expertise in C#/**Unity** and backend programming (Java or PHP).
Deep experience in build pipelines, performance, and code-size optimization.
Proven track record of shipping multiple games or projects as Lead Developer.
Strong leadership skills: motivate teams, foster ownership, recognize talent, and drive excellence with effective communication and conflict resolution.
Excellent analytical skills to create simple, robust solutions for complex problems.
Team-player mindset with a passion for games and cross-department collaboration.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
