As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you’ll experience how technology and creativity work together to fuel product development and user experience innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • UI Design Production: Create high-quality UI assets for product features in collaboration with product managers, business analysts, content writers, and engineers.
  • UX Deliverables: Contribute to mockups, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to support development and user testing.
  • Design System Development: Help maintain and grow design system components to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Design Operations: Support and improve design processes and tooling to enhance team workflows.
  • Team Alignment: Collaborate with your manager, peers, and the Design Ops team to align goals and improve communication.

Bring to the Team

  • Background: Degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field with demonstrated UI/UX work on apps or web.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG).
  • Soft Skills: Well-organized, collaborative, open to feedback, and eager to grow in a team environment.
  • User-Centric Focus: Passion for creating products that meet real user needs and provide exceptional experiences.
  • Communication: Fluent in English. German is a plus.
