Junior Partner Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Partner Manager who is eager to grow within channel and partner sales for B2B software solutions. Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner Channel Development. Support the expansion of our partner ecosystem alongside the VP Sales and partner team.
  • Partner Onboarding. Assist in identifying, recruiting, and enabling new sales and technology partners.
  • Relationship Management. Act as a first operational point of contact for assigned partners.
  • Sales Cycle Support. Coordinate with sales, product, and marketing teams to support partners throughout deals.
  • Enablement & Marketing. Contribute to partner training materials and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Pipeline Management. Maintain CRM data, track forecasts, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Commercial Support. Prepare documentation and assist in contract discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Partner Satisfaction. Monitor feedback and proactively identify improvement opportunities.

Your Profile

  • Education. University degree, completed Ausbildung, or comparable qualification.
  • Experience. 1+ year of professional experience in sales, business development, consulting, or partner/channel management.
  • Interest in Indirect Sales. Motivation to work with external stakeholders and channel models.
  • Structured & Reliable. Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills. Confident interacting with international partners.
  • Commercial Curiosity. Eager to learn about negotiations and complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Data-Driven Mindset. Familiar with CRM tools and performance tracking.
  • Languages. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
