Junior Developer Footwear & Accessories

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Design & Merchandising: Bring designs to life—from concepts to prototypes—in close partnership with factories.
• Support Product Development Lead: Assist with footwear & accessories development efforts.
• Manage Critical Path & Timeline: Work alongside Merchandising team to track key milestones and ensure timely progress.
• Create & Update Tech Packs: Translate design ideas into technical documentation and update them throughout development.
• Liaise with Suppliers: Coordinate prototype creation and ensure products align with the critical path.
• Communicate Status Updates: Share any delays, changes, or progress updates that impact timeline or quality.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure both timeline and quality meet company expectations.
• Use PLM System: Manage product data through Backbone PLM.
• Coordinate with Teams: Liaise with Italian suppliers and Head Office colleagues.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years experience in product development or management.
• Knowledge of development processes in Footwear, Accessories, or Apparel.
• Passion for developing luxury products.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
• Self‑starter able to work independently with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands‑on, start‑up mentality with strong drive to learn.
• Based in or willing to work from Berlin HQ, with frequent travel to Italian suppliers.
• Fluent Italian speaker.
