IT Systems Engineer (Junior)

Your tasks:

Operation and maintenance of the IT platform and associated systems.
Managing and overseeing the overall interface, process, and system monitoring.
Conducting error analysis and troubleshooting as part of 2nd/3rd level support.
Serving as the main point of contact for process-related inquiries.
Collaborating with customers and service providers to test new functionalities.

Your profile:

A degree in IT or a related field of study, or equivalent education.
At least ONE year of IT System support / large dataset management experience (outside of werkstudent experience)
Be able to work on-site at the Berlin office.
Proficiency in German is required at a minimum of C1. Fluency in English is a plus.
