Your Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT All-Rounder with strong experience in macOS environments.
In this role, you will play a central part in managing our IT systems, maintaining office infrastructure,
and resolving technical issues directly on-site.

Your Tasks

• Act as the primary contact for all IT-related issues in the office environment.
• Ensure high employee satisfaction through professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain all macOS client systems, including centralized administration via SimpleMDM.
• Oversee the office network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs,
  wireless access points, and cabling.
• Administer and maintain office IT infrastructure such as printers, phones, conference rooms, and screens.
• Manage user accounts and permissions across all IT systems.
• Efficiently manage office services including Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
• Monitor, prioritize, and resolve IT tickets and requests.
• Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure security and efficiency.
• Plan and execute IT security projects, including security strategies and implementations.
• Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials.
• Show openness to deepening knowledge in Linux production environments and participate
  in a shared, rotating on-call duty supporting live systems.

Job Requirements

• Completed vocational training or studies in an IT-related field.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience working with macOS.
• A patient, service-oriented mindset.
• Strong ability to work independently with a structured approach.
• Familiarity with Linux systems (a strong plus, especially for future infrastructure growth).
• Fluent English is required.
