Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to employees and help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundational understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and related IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, email problems, and connectivity-related incidents.
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and access provisioning.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, networking concepts such as TCP/IP, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory is considered a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
  • Experience working with IT ticketing systems.
