As an IT Security Specialist at CAIZ, you will play a key role in the development, implementation, and monitoring of robust security measures that protect our IT infrastructure and support our mission in the finance and blockchain sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and remedy security vulnerabilities across IT systems.
• Conduct security audits and risk assessments regularly.
• Implement and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security infrastructures.
• Develop security policies and train employees on security best practices.
• Respond to incidents and perform forensic analyses to identify causes and prevent recurrence.

Experience & Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in an IT Security role.
• Background or knowledge in Finance, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain.
• Expertise in network security, encryption technologies, and firewall management.
• Experience with security assessments and risk management.
• Familiarity with international standards like ISO 27001.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.

Education

• Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
