IT Operations Specialist, you’ll ensure that every employee has the tools,
access, and support they need to succeed from day one.

You’ll work in a modern, SaaS-driven environment backed by the stability of a major banking group.
This role combines startup-style ownership with enterprise-scale operations, offering the
opportunity to improve processes, drive automation, and help shape a scalable employee IT
experience across multiple international locations.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the IT Onboarding Experience
  • Manage and continuously improve the end-to-end onboarding process.
  • Ensure devices, accounts, licenses, and system access are fully prepared before employees start.
• Manage Employee IT Lifecycle Processes
  • Take ownership of IT-related employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Deliver a seamless and efficient experience throughout every stage of employment.
• Provide IT Support
  • Deliver hands-on support for macOS and Windows devices.
  • Support employees both onsite in Berlin and remotely.
• Administer Core IT Systems
  • Manage and maintain the Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment using Jamf.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure AD user accounts, permissions, and access workflows.
• Support International Operations
  • Coordinate IT operations for the Valencia office.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with HR Operations, Recruiting, Workplace teams, and IT colleagues across locations.
  • Contribute to delivering a seamless employee experience.
• Hardware, Inventory & License Management
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventory and software license records.
  • Ensure efficient asset management processes across the organization.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management
  • Create and maintain clear documentation in Confluence.
  • Enable self-service solutions wherever possible.
• Process Improvement & Automation
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
  • Drive standardization and process optimization to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Scale IT Operations
  • Support the ongoing evolution of IT operations as the company grows internationally.
  • Help build scalable systems and processes that support future expansion.

Your Qualifications

• Professional Experience
  • Several years of hands-on experience in IT Support, Workplace IT, or IT Operations.
  • Experience working in modern, technology-driven business environments.
• Technical Expertise
  • Practical experience with Jamf or comparable MDM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration.
  • Experience managing user access, devices, and workplace technology.
• Process Ownership
  • Proven ability to independently own and improve operational processes.
  • Strong focus on building scalable solutions rather than repeatedly solving the same issues manually.
• Tools & Collaboration
  • Confident daily use of Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience working in collaborative and cross-functional environments.
• International Experience
  • Experience working with international teams and multiple office locations is advantageous.
  • Startup, scale-up, or fast-paced company experience is a plus.
• Personal Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and reliability.
  • Service-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help colleagues succeed.
• Travel & Language Skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to the Valencia office.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • German language skills are highly beneficial.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
