The Team

The Celonis Demo Engineering Team is the creative and technical engine behind the company’s Go-To-Market strategy.
The team is building the Next-Generation Demo Factory, where AI agents and Large Language Models (LLMs) automate and scale demo creation for more than 1,000 GTM colleagues worldwide.

The team creates innovative demo experiences that help customers visualize the future of their operations on the Celonis platform.
Collaboration spans across Value Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, Enablement, and Industry teams to push the limits of the Celonis platform.

The Role

As a Demo Engineering Intern, you will work at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and business strategy.
You will contribute to the mission of building AI-powered demo workflows and scalable demonstration systems while gaining exposure to both the technical and commercial sides of a leading enterprise AI company.

You will help prototype AI-driven tools, configure demos on the Celonis platform, and experiment with AI-assisted storytelling while learning about real-world business challenges across industries such as manufacturing, retail, and financial services.

What You’ll Do

• AI-Powered Demo Development:
  Support the development of AI-assisted workflows including prompt-to-demo experiments, automated data storytelling, and intelligent screen configuration.
• Business Process Understanding:
  Learn how Celonis solves operational challenges across areas such as Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and other enterprise functions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Partner with Value Engineering, Product Marketing, and Industry teams to create demos tailored to technical and business audiences.
• Demo Asset Creation:
  Contribute to executive-level demos, event showcases, feature demonstrations, and AI use case prototypes.
• Process Automation:
  Identify repetitive manual tasks in the demo lifecycle and propose automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• QA & Platform Support:
  Assist with demo quality assurance, environment maintenance, and support for internal demo users.

Qualifications

• Business & Technology Curiosity:
  Interest in understanding both operational business challenges and the technologies used to solve them.
• Technical Exposure:
  Familiarity with SQL and/or Python through coursework or personal projects is a plus.
• Storytelling Ability:
  Ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and compelling way.
• Organizational Skills:
  Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Educational Background:
  Degree in progress in Management & Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
