We’re seeking an HR Lead to join our core team. The ideal collaborator excels in startup environments, is adept at prioritizing tasks independently, and embraces calculated risks. We’re on a fast-paced trajectory and are not just seeking individuals to accompany us on the journey — we’re looking for trailblazers.

Tasks

  • You actively accompany, steer, and optimize the entire application process, and execute as well as support final decisions.
  • You can perfectly understand the different target groups, collaborate closely with the team to create compelling job postings, and identify suitable recruiting channels and approaches for active sourcing.
  • You enjoy ensuring that everyone knows what’s happening when. You independently handle the operational aspects from scheduling to contract negotiation and creation, all the way to onboarding.
  • Your input, creative ideas, and project designs can significantly influence the company culture and processes since we are at the beginning of an exciting journey.
  • You genuinely care about your fellow humans, and you enjoy tending to their needs. You gracefully and appreciatively guide each individual from candidate to Daymaker.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed your studies and have gained several years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition or as an HR generalist, ideally in a dynamic Startup environment.
  • You impress us with your track record of (key) hirings in various departments, conduct research on new market requirements, and quickly establish yourself as a competent contact person, even for newly created positions.
  • You are a strong communicator, charismatic, and open, making it easy for you to create a pleasant conversational atmosphere and inspire people to be brand ambassadors.
  • You love recruiting based on potential and personal fit, possess excellent people skills, are familiar with various recruiting methods, and make sound decisions based on your analyses.
  • You describe yourself as structured, well-organized, and proactive, eager to contribute and develop with us while leaving a footprint.
  • You are genuinely enthusiastic about authentic talent acquisition and shaping an excellent employer brand on the path to becoming an international unicorn, and, of course, you have a healthy sense of humor.

Please note that this position is preferably hybrid in Munich/Germany, and we offer relocation. However, we are open to remote candidates as well.
