HR Automation Analyst (m/f/d)

This hands-on role sits within the Digital Transformation function of the People & Organization department. As an HR Automation Analyst, you’ll shape our HR tech and systems landscape by analyzing processes, identifying digital opportunities, and driving automation and system improvements in a scalable, global, and local (g-local) manner.

About the Role

• Process Analysis & Tech Solution Design: Analyze HR processes using BPMN and lean methodologies, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable “to-be” processes and system architecture improvements.
• Tech Evaluation & Adoption: Scout emerging HR technology solutions and collaborate with FlixTech to design workflows, evaluate integration options (APIs, SFTP, etc.), and develop architecture designs. Create data-driven business cases for project budgeting.
• Automation: Script process and task automations using technologies such as UiPath StudioX, Power Automate, Python, and GenAI tools.
• Technical Project Delivery: Manage the full HR Tech project lifecycle in Jira—from requirement engineering to UAT/SIT and go-live.
• Project Reporting & Governance: Maintain process and project documentation, establish control points, and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal controls/risk frameworks.

About You

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Automation Analyst, or Technical Consultant.
• Hands-on experience delivering large-scale digital transformation projects using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong skills in process mining, automation, product strategy, agile delivery, and solution design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), middleware integrations, APIs, and automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, or Python.
• Knowledge of HR systems.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma or Agile Project Management (SAFe) are advantageous.
