Your Role

We’re looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to take full ownership of our commercial operations and power the revenue engine behind our growth. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Product — building a scalable, data-driven commercial infrastructure to drive efficiency and results at LIQID.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve sales and relationship management processes
  • Own and evolve our sales tool stack, including adoption of emerging technologies like AI
  • Lead OKR, KPI tracking and performance analysis (QA experience is a plus)
  • Drive operational excellence, automation, and systems optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Tech
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve commercial execution
  • Analyze and monitor commercial and client activity — call shadowing, conversion analysis, process reviews

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or similar roles — ideally in B2C, WealthTech, Fintech, or SaaS
  • Deep knowledge of the sales funnel and CRM systems (especially Salesforce)
  • Strong grasp of sales KPIs, dashboards, and process mapping
  • Advanced analytical skills in BI tools, Excel/Google Sheets, Lucidchart
  • Experience leading cross-functional change and process improvements
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and a structured, ownership-driven mindset
