Head of Marketing

ONINO is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing financing through blockchain-based tokenization. Our mission is to make blockchain more accessible and valuable for businesses and individuals — enabling easy access to financing for companies and investment opportunities for people through Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization.

Your Role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead ONINO’s Web3 marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will shape our presence in the blockchain space and drive adoption of our products and ecosystem. You’ll be the driving force behind ONINO’s marketing strategy — from community engagement to brand partnerships and growth campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Growth & Strategy: Position ONINO as a leading Web3 brand in the RWA and tokenization space.
• Community & Social Media: Expand and manage our presence on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, and more.
• Content Marketing: Lead our content strategy — blog posts, newsletters, thought leadership, videos, and podcasts.
• SEO & Performance Marketing: Drive organic and paid growth using SEO, SEA, and performance marketing techniques.
• Partnerships & PR: Build relationships with influencers, media outlets, and key players in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Event Marketing: Coordinate our presence at conferences, AMAs, and sponsorships.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with Web3 influencers and KOLs to expand reach.
• Data-Driven Growth: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Team & Agency Management: Start as a hands-on contributor, manage external agencies, and build an internal marketing team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, especially in growth, analytics, and performance optimization.
• Web3 marketing experience is a plus — high motivation to learn is essential.
• Strong skills in content writing, SEO/SEA, design, animation, video, and audio production.
• Experience working with agencies and building high-performing marketing teams.
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for startup culture and disruptive technologies.
• Fluent in English (native-level); German is a plus.
