About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced GTM Engineer who lives and breathes Clay. This is not your typical engineering job—your only mission is to build world-class Clay tables. No endless meetings, no admin busywork—just pure creation.

You’ll join dedicated project teams as a Clay expert, turning complex GTM challenges into elegant, automated solutions that drive our clients’ success.

Your Responsibilities

• Design & Build: Architect and construct sophisticated, scalable Clay tables from scratch for various client projects.
• Solve & Strategize: Collaborate with teams to understand business problems and translate them into creative, efficient Clay solutions.
• Own & Innovate: Act as our Clay authority with full autonomy to apply your technical and creative skills to deliver exceptional outcomes.

What You Bring

• Expert-level Clay experience: You’ve built advanced tables and workflows. This role is not for beginners—we need someone who can hit the ground running.
• Strategic mindset: You understand the “why” behind GTM strategies and build tables that support clear business outcomes.
• Creative problem-solving: You approach every challenge as a puzzle to solve elegantly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication: You speak fluent English and can explain complex concepts clearly. (German not required.)
• Independent work style: You thrive in an autonomous environment and take ownership of your work without needing micromanagement.
