Role Overview: Global Strategic Marketing Manager (d/f/m) Life Science

The Global Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for:

• Developing market strategies and ensuring alignment with associated marketing programs
• Delivering successful implementation in collaboration with global marketing and campaign teams
• Understanding current and future market expectations, with a focus on customer insights and competitive analysis
• Leading the development of market value propositions and marketing launch plans for new Life Science products
• Driving global growth of the Life Science segment and generating new customer revenue

This position reports to the Global Director Product Commercialization Life Science & Applied and is part of the Global Life Science & Applied Solution Business Unit located in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Target the Life Science market by identifying specific segments using market trends and data insights
• Propose disruptive strategies, set goals for lead generation, revenue, and ROI
• Create compelling value propositions for new products and services managed in the messaging pyramid
• Develop comprehensive “Go to Market” and pricing strategies
• Ensure regional execution and alignment of marketing activities, including timely delivery of marketing content

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing/Product Management in a global Life Science market segment
• Proven success in developing strategies and sales or direct sales support experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Doctorate
• Market research experience in a B2B environment (quantitative and qualitative)
• German language proficiency

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $115,000 – $170,000 (may be modified in the future)
• Bonus/incentive pay eligibility
• Comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees

Note: No amount of pay is considered wages until earned, vested, and determinable. Bonuses, commissions, and benefits remain at the Company’s sole discretion unless paid.
