Global Sales Development Operations Senior Associate

Location: 100% Remote (United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, or the Netherlands)

As a Global Sales Development Operations Senior Associate, you’ll help the Sales Development organization operate more efficiently by improving the tools, systems, data, and processes that support daily execution.

Working closely with the Director of Sales Development Operations, you’ll optimize core sales technologies, improve data quality, streamline workflows, and enable global teams through effective documentation and training. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, improving business systems, and driving scalable sales operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize sales technology
  • Maintain and optimize key sales development platforms, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Improve system configurations, workflows, and operational consistency across the sales technology stack.
• Support user adoption and enablement
  • Create clear training materials and documentation for sales development tools and processes.
  • Deliver training that enables global teams to effectively adopt core systems and best practices.
• Improve operational effectiveness
  • Audit tool usage and identify opportunities to strengthen governance, adoption, and efficiency.
  • Continuously refine operational workflows to reduce friction and improve productivity.
• Drive data quality and reporting
  • Investigate data quality issues affecting sales performance and speed-to-lead.
  • Support issue tracking and resolution to improve data reliability.
  • Measure and optimize Outreach collections to improve messaging and data management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate inbound and outbound sales development activities.
  • Use operational insights to recommend process improvements and support scalable execution.

Your Profile

• Experience working with modern sales and marketing platforms, including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, and ZoomInfo.
• Hands-on experience using Outreach in an operations, administration, or process improvement capacity.
• Strong understanding of business systems, workflow design, system configuration, and operational processes.
• Experience identifying operational challenges, performing root cause analysis, and implementing practical improvements.
• Knowledge of data quality, data stewardship, reporting, and sales operations best practices.
• Ability to develop clear documentation and deliver effective user training.
• Excellent written communication skills and experience collaborating asynchronously across distributed teams.
• Experience using GitLab and Git, or transferable experience from similar operations, systems, or sales enablement roles.
