Full-Stack Developer

At QuantCo, we deliver impactful business solutions powered by machine learning. But to avoid creating opaque “black boxes,” we need intuitive user interfaces that empower users to engage with these insights. As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll build the tools that turn complex data into actionable decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and users to develop robust, transparent, and user-friendly products.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python
• Expertise in at least one frontend framework (React preferred)
• Experience designing and implementing backends for frontends
• Experience with at least one popular DBMS
• Clean, effective, production-ready code practices
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like Terraform or Helm is a plus
• Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus
• Willingness to travel when necessary
