Founding Fullstack Engineer

We need a Founding Fullstack Engineer with 1+ years of industry full stack development experience, building consumer or business facing products.

You should be comfortable writing business logic in cloud-native backend services at scale and driving frontend solutions. You should have a track record of building with AI, ideally LLMs or agent systems, and shipping products to production. Bonus points if you are a hackathon winner, contribute to open source, or have a strong GitHub commit history (1000+ commits/year).

What you’ll do:

• Write business logic in our cloud-native backend service at scale.
• Drive and implement frontend solutions.
• Partner with design, product, frontend, and backend teams to build end-to-end functionality.
• Apply and adapt new knowledge/tech stack rapidly, embracing continuous learning.
• Maintain, refactor, and migrate existing services.
• Conduct code reviews and handle on-call duties and incidents.
• Perform day-to-day DevOps on AWS, GCP, and Azure (optional).
• Actively work to improve the developer process and experience from coding to operation.
• Write technical designs and drive discussions on emerging new products.
• Drive technical initiatives based on business context, conducting research and technical design to support long term business OKRs.
• Contribute to and lead each step of the product development process, from ideation to implementation to release; from rapidly prototyping, running A/B tests, to architecting and building solutions that can scale.
• Employ automated testing to build features with a high degree of technical quality, taking responsibility for the components and features you develop.
• Implement a rigorous release process that includes code reviews, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Drive projects without Tech Lead/CTO’s guidance with independent technical decisions.
• Communicate technical design choices and decisions effectively in both online (meetings) and offline (Slack, design docs, daily reports, etc.).

Your benefits:

•  Salary: $200K – $400K
