About the Role

We’re not looking for a traditional Chief-of-Staff. We’re looking for a weapon. Someone insanely smart, scrappy, and dangerously good at solving hard problems fast.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to push the company forward. That means launching campaigns, shipping products, running experiments, killing what doesn’t work, and doubling down on what does.

You’ll operate across product, engineering, growth, content, and operations — wherever the leverage is highest.

This role isn’t for someone who waits for permission. You’ll own strategy and execution, obsess over data, and ship like your life depends on it. If something needs doing, you do it.

As we like to say: joining DojoStack is like going to the gym (or dojo). If it doesn’t hurt, you’re not doing it right!

What You Will Do

  • Work side-by-side with the CEO to understand the business and shape company strategy
  • Identify the highest-leverage questions across product, growth, finance, and operations – and help answer them fast
  • Develop data pipelines, build dashboards, run strategic analysis, and turn insights into action
  • Evaluate new markets, competitors, and macro shifts to guide smart bets
  • Jump into high-priority projects across product, engineering, content, and ops – wherever speed matters most

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in high-ownership roles
  • Strong empathy for users and a product-first mindset
  • Technical background is a big plus – or a serious willingness to become technical
  • Autonomous, fast learner who thrives in ambiguity and figures things out
  • Clear, persuasive communicator who can align teams and drive action
  • Strong analytical instincts and a bias toward execution

Location & Remote

This role is based at our HQ in Berlin, Germany. We prioritize candidates who are already in Berlin or open to relocating soon.

We believe in the power of in-person collaboration to move fast and build deep trust. You’ll be expected in the office at least 3 days a week, with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days.

Regardless of location, we expect strong communication and availability during core working hours.
